Cookies & Cream Latte

Frothed and velvety oatmilk creamer floated over hot coffee and garnished with chocolate cookie crumbles and mint crystals.

Drink Ingredients: 
2 TSP Chocolate Mint Syrup 
6 OZ Medium Roast Coffee 
2 OZ Oat Yeah™ Oatmeal Cookie Creamer (hot frothed) 
1 TSP Chocolate Cookie Crumbles 
½ TSP Mint Crystals 

Chocolate Mint Syrup Ingredients: 
½ Cup Chocolate Syrup 
¼ TSP Peppermint Oil 

Chocolate Mint Syrup Preparation: 
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk chocolate syrup and peppermint oil together until well combined. 
2. Pour chocolate mint syrup into squeeze bottle. 

Drink Preparation: 
1. In a heat-safe mug, add chocolate mint syrup. Then, pour in coffee. 
2. Froth Oat Yeah™ Oatmeal Cookie Creamer with handheld frothing wand, then pour into mug. 
3. Top beverage with chocolate crumbles and mint crystals. Enjoy immediately while hot. 


Black & White Cold-Brew

Smooth STōK™ Un-Sweet Cold-Brew coffee floated with velvety, frothed cinnamon oatmilk creamer. Finished with chocolate cookie crumbles.

Ingredients: 
7 OZ STōK™ Un-sweet Cold Brew Coffee 
4 OZ Oat Yeah™ Oatmeal Cookie Creamer 
1 TSP Chocolate Cookie Crumbles 

Preparation: 
1. In a clear glass, add STōK™ Un-sweet Cold Brew. 
2. Froth Oat Yeah™ Oatmeal Cookie Creamer with a handheld frothing wand; then pour froth gently, floating over the cold brew. 
3. Garnish half of foam with chocolate cookie crumbles. Enjoy immediately. 


Matcha on Nitro

Matcha green tea infused oatmilk charged with nitrogen and finished with hibiscus flower crystals.

Ingredients: 
3 Cups Water 
1 TBSP Sweet Matcha Tea Powder 
1 Cup Oat Yeah™ The Plain One Oatmilk 
½ TSP Hibiscus Crystals 

Preparation: 
1. In a quart pitcher, whisk water and sweet matcha tea powder together until homogenous. 
2. Add Oat Yeah™ The Plain One Oatmilk to pitcher and pour matcha mixture into nitro canister. 
3. Charge dispenser with two cartridges of N2 and shake charged dispenser vigorously for 30 seconds. 
4. Dispense matcha latte into a tapered glass for nitro cascade effect. Wait until nitro cascade is almost complete then garnish with hibiscus crystals and enjoy immediately.

Note: This recipe requires a 32 OZ ISI Nitro Canister


Apple Crisp Steamer

Spiced apple syrup swirled with cinnamon cookie oatmilk foam and golden pie crust crumbles.

Drink Ingredients: 
1 ¼ TSP Apple Cinnamon Syrup 
¾ TSP Cinnamon Bun Syrup 
5 OZ Oat Yeah™ The Plain One Oatmilk (hot frothed) 
1 TSP Spiced Pie Crust Crumbles 

Spiced Pie Crust Crumbles Ingredients: 
1 ½ Cups Gluten-free pie crust, frozen 
½ Cup Brown Sugar (lightly packed) 
1 TSP Ground Cinnamon 
½ TSP Ground Ginger 
¼ TSP Ground Nutmeg 
¼ TSP Ground Allspice 

Spiced Pie Crust Crumbles Preparation: 
1. Bake pie crust until golden brown. Cool & crumble. 
2. In a food processor, combine all ingredients thoroughly until a sand-like texture forms. 
3. Store in an airtight container in a cool, ambient temperature for up to five days. 

Drink Preparation: 
1. In a heat-safe mug, add apple and cinnamon bun syrup. 
2. Froth heated Oat Yeah™ The Plain One Oatmilk using a handheld frothing wand, then pour froth into mug. 
3. Top beverage with spiced pie crust crumbles. Enjoy immediately while hot.
